We are looking for a Hostel Advice Worker to work with our Senior Advice Worker and assume responsibility for assessing and meeting the financial well-being needs of our hostel residents.

​

This will include a sound knowledge of the welfare benefits system, making new claims, completing in-depth forms, budgeting plans and supporting our clients with appointments.

 

Candidates should ideally have experience of working with homeless and disadvantaged clients; empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House. Previous experience working with this client group would be advantageous
