RESOURCE CENTRE WORKER
FULL TIME £24,500 (FTE £28,000) – 35 HOURS PER WEEK (9am - 4pm)

 

We are looking for a Resource Centre Worker to be present within the Resource Centre during weekday opening hours.

​

This will include being the first point of contact for clients visiting the Resource Centre, ensuring that all feel welcome and have a clear understanding of how to access the support they need. To liaise and collaborate effectively with other services/professionals/ colleagues and other agencies in meeting the needs of the clients.

​

Candidates should ideally have experience working with homeless and disadvantaged clients.

​

​Applicants must have empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House. Previous experience working with this client group would be advantageous.
