Sam's relationship broke down with her mum when she was 16.

After sofa surfing for a while, Sam found herself on the streets in 

West Sussex, severely struggling with her mental health. After being

reffered to Crawley Open House, Sam spent 6 weeks with us,

getting her life together. Our team found her a flat with on-site

support to help her through this toughest of times.
